ATLANTA – 02/16/21 – On one of the coldest days of the year, the Daimler - Thomas Built Jouley™ all-electric, Class C school bus will be open for tours, with the heater on (!) and zero emissions, as representatives from Peach State Trucks highlight the safety, cost savings and environmental benefits of going electric with pupil transportation.

Women have been influential contributors at Peach State Truck Centers since the company started in 1974. In that time a lot has changed, but a lot remains the same. The combination of women who possess a similar set of characteristics and Peach State’s company culture has fostered empowerment and amplified female voices to great success over the years. Women In Trucking Association Names 2020 Top Companies for Women to Work For In Transportation

Redefining the Road magazine, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT), announced today the recipients of the 2020 “Top Companies for Women to Work For in Transportation.” According to Ellen Voie, president and CEO of WIT, the magazine created the award in 2018 to support an element of WIT’s mission: to promote the accomplishments of companies that are focused on the employment of women in the trucking industry.

Peach State Truck Centers Hosts Service Awards Banquet for Employees Reaching Milestones

On Wednesday, December 4, Peach State Truck Centers hosted an awards luncheon at the Peachtree Corners Marriott for over 100 employees, company executives and family members. During the event Peach State President and Dealer Principal Rick Reynolds spoke, as well as Dr. Debbie Phillips, founder of The Quadrillion.

Peach State Truck Centers is proud to announce that Rhonda Gauthreaux has been named the company’s new Marketing Director. In her role, Rhonda will be reporting to Rick Brown, Peach State’s Chief Operating Officer, and will responsible for developing a vision, strategy and brand connection across corresponding marketing elements in order to maximize the brand equity of Peach State Truck Centers and its business lines.

Brian Green Named Branch Manager of Peach State Truck Centers in Byron, GA

Peach State Truck Centers in Byron, Georgia recently named Brian Green as the dealership’s new Branch Manager, along with announcing a refocus of its efforts toward truck sales, service and parts in the Central Georgia market. Peach State Truck Centers Byron is a Western Star, Detroit Diesel, and Thomas Built Buses franchise and a part of one of the largest commercial truck dealer groups in the United States.
